Makeup:

Come with a cleanly washed, toned and make free face, including all eye liner and mascara residue removed

• For best result exfoliate and use a face mask 2 nights before the booking. Give attention to exfoliate around areas your makeup tends to wear off easily ie. nose. Remember to exfoliate your lips and use a lip mask

• For Mobile Service, please have a medium- large space where I can set up my kit near a naturally well lit area for natural lighting

• If you plan to use Fake tan, please do this 2 days prior to your booking. Have at least 1 shower and avoid spraying the face as this often sinks into the pores and leaves dark spots

Hair:

• Ensure your hair has been washed 1 day prior with no styling products

• Dont put conditioner from Roots to mid section of hair

• If you have oily hair, wash your hair twice the night before or morning of and have zero conditioner or treatment for several days prior and the day of booking. Completely dry your hair with a hairdryer.

• For Thin Hair, wash your hair the night before and completely dry with a hairdryer, do not use any treatment or conditioner in your hair

• Please set up space near a powerpoint with space for required hot tools and products.

• If you dont have a power extensions cord or adaptor board advise prior to my arrival so either myself or booked hairdresser can bring these along

Trial

• Book your trial to coincide with another event like your Hens night or Kitchen tea.

• Hair: Its recommended to book your hair trial on the same day as your makeup trial so that you can see the look in its entirety . If this isn’t possible, please wear your hair similar to your wedding hair

• Come with a selection of inspiration photos of someone with similar features as you

• An idea or list of things you don’t like- including colours or brands

• Attend solo

Wedding Day

• Have a Makeup free face, freshly cleaned and toned without skin prep

• Waxing: if you plan on waxing your face/eyebrows please do this at least 2 days prior as when you wax too close to your booking the makeup won’t hold as the skin is healing

• Tanning: If you are getting a fake tan for the wedding day, ensure you come to the preview booking with the fake tan. Fake tan changes the hydration and texture on the skin as well as the tone. It will alter the skin prep and foundation we use

• Lashes: If you want to use false lashes, please avoid having a lash lift for at least 4-6 months prior to your booking and wedding. False lashes don’t apply well over a lash lift and we cant guarantee it will hold

• Skin: If you are having any treatments like needling, laser or peels, please allow time between your appointments. Ideally 5-7 days

• Speak Up: We want to be sure we re-create your vision perfectly. At the end of the preview, we will go through the look in depth to ensure you love it. If there are some tweaks you would like to make, please speak up and let us know. We are absolutely happy to adjust and make notes so you are 100% confident with the outcome

Home Studio

• No travel or parking fees apply

• Early bird fee may apply

Mobile Service

Early Bird one off payment fees:

• $150 before 4.30am

• $100 from 4.30-5.30am

• $75 from 5.30-6.30am

• $50 6.30-8am

Travel Fees:

• a Flat Rate Fee can be requested

• $1 per km from my Home studio location to your location

• Tolls per way will be applied

All travel fees will be provided in your quote

Parking:

• If there is no Free street parking then the cost of parking will be charged

• For hotel parking, request a Free Visitor parking ticket, where Hotel does’nt provide this, the hourly rate of parking will be charged back to you for payment at finalising the makeup

Deposit

• Bridal a 40% deposit is required to secure your booking

• Minimum of 1 Bride , 2 Bridesmaids

• Cancellation up to 7 days required for Bridal. See T&Cs regarding cancellation fee

• Full payment must be made on arrival

• Bridal, all remaining fee must be pre-collected and ready on my arrival.

• You can pay via Cash, Direct bank transfer, Square (+1.9% fee added) PayID transfer

• A tax invoice/ receipt will be provided via email or other

For all other Mobile/Home Studio services

• 10% deposit is required to secure your booking and guidelines as above.

• Cancellation up to 48 hours notice

• Cancellation Fee- deposit lost

Booking Cancellation

• all deposits are non-refundable if you cancel

• If you contract COVID please advise with 24 hours of confirmed RAT test. If your booking needs rearranging, I will work with you to try to accommodate. If cancellation is required, then the deposit will be lost
